Danielle joined as Programme Manager in 2013, based at Kasbah Tamadot and working closely with the on-site team. Now living in London with her family, Danielle oversees the strategic planning and development of the Eve Branson Foundation, alongside its marketing and digital communications.
The first 10 years of Danielle’s career were spent in music radio at Chrysalis before hopping over to fashion retail. Bringing extensive experience of charity consumer campaigns, Danielle became board member of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy (only to find herself cycling 900 miles from Lands End to John O’ Groats with a team of broadcasters and raising £100,000 whilst pedalling!).
“My parents drove my sister and I across the Atlas Mountains when I was just eight years old and it was then, my love-affair with Morocco began! I’ve seen first-hand how Eve’s personal approach has a positive effect, not only on individuals and their families, but also on the many guests who visit these communities. I believe Eve’s dedication to preserving Berber heritage through the craft centres means these skills will be passed down through many generations to come.”
